The office building is an original design allows for unrestricted access to natural light and fresh air. The identity of Building is aluminium structure on glass facade that remind VM letters („Villa Metro”). Villa Metro office building, which is localized next to the Wilanowska subway station provides its tenants with approx. 6,800 sq m of modern office space for lease located on 8 floors.  The Building designed by Dziuba Architects received LEED Gold Certification.
