The Intesa Sanpaolo Skyscraper is a champion of sustainable construction. The tower designed by Renzo Piano scored 85 points, thus exceeding the threshold necessary to reach the most prestigious level. This is thanks to the effective actions taken for energy efficiency, sustainable water consumption, the management of materials and resources, the habits of employees in home-work trips and indoor environmental conditions, such as lighting and air quality.
