Sustainability is at the heart of this project. The location of the building was chosen in respect with the soil and water streams (rain and gray water). A big focus was also done to materials used and a sophisticate technology for the building system.

The sober character of the building is created with a reinforced concrete structure in strip and glazed envelope. The increasingly horizontal working relationships, together with the concentration of functions, favors the link between plant operators and office employees.

The building becomes an educational tool, for the production processes of the company, as well as energy saving methods and other conditions that make the building aim to obtain LEED Gold certification for New Construction (LEED ™ for New Construction) 2009 version.
