Al Midra tower

The Al-Midra Complex is an office building with 710 418 square feet. It's dynamic, technologically advanced and indoor environmental quality has been improved by taking advantage of solar power system designed to meet the total power demand and by having control over the CO2 level through the building management system.

Thanks to these, in the category of energy and atmosphere, Al-Midra achieved 33 out of 35 possible points required by LEED certification. Besides, if offers a healthier and more comfortable indoor environment  to building occupants thanks to only water-based chemicals with zero volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions.
