ACCENT VERT Building B is part of two 9730 sqm multi-family residential buildings with 292 apartments in total. The buldings are located on the outskirts of Warsaw on a former agricultural land, in a developing neighbourhood, next to the new metro line. What's more, under each building multiple places are dedicated to storing bikes. Transport accessibility is part of a strategy for sustainable development, led by the developer of the project: BOUYGUES IMMOBILIER POLSKA. The project has obtained the HQE certification "very good" level.
