Our contribution

Part 4

ISOVER insulation solutions are applied for a building’s envelop, walls and ceilings, which fall under the scope of the California Department of Public Health Standard. This standard also gives guidelines on testing methods and collection procedures described in section 2.1.12. Conditions for temperature and humidity are similar to European standards. But it is important to know that the majority of ISOVER insulation solutions are tested by third parties such as Eurofins, Greenguard (USA), Blue Angel (Germany), RTS M1 (Finland) and the mandatory products labeling in France. These tests prove that ISOVER products meet the requirement regarding Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).

Regarding formaldehyde, thanks to a large range of glass wool products with a new formaldehyde-free binder made from renewable raw materials, ISOVER glass wool solutions can meet the requirement.

If any technical detail is needed to meet to the standard, please don’t hesitate to contact the local ISOVER team.
