Designing the building so as to facilitate maintenance/servicing interventions during the building’s operation, facilitating the scheduling and traceability of maintenance operations, ensuring easy access for maintenance and servicing of the building frame, while guaranteeing the building’s performance levels and the user comfort conditions
Our contribution
Assisting with model development by providing Building Information Modeling (BIM) files for our products and solutions, we help in anticipating operations and maintenance as well as assessing energy consumption, thermal comfort, insulation, and interior surface reflectance values.
