Aim

To encourage virtuous relationships, in favor of sustainable urban development between the plot and its immediate environment. To encourage virtuous relationships, in favor of sustainable urban development between the plot and its immediate environment.

Detailed requirement

Ensuring that the layout of the plot is consistent with local land use policy and the area’s sustainable development policy, optimizing access roads and manage flows, promoting use of public transport, controlling travel methods and encouraging those which are the least polluting for optimal functionality, encouraging the greening of areas and also preserving and improving biodiversity.

Our contribution

1.1.6. Preserve/Improve Biodiversity

Light pollution is a major threat to nocturnal biodiversity (bats, owls, etc.). Due to the tinted state of SageGlass (≤ 6% light transmission), light transmission to the outside is significantly reduced at night, thereby preserving the sky, and night fauna and flora.
