Ensuring the local residents' right to sun and natural light, to calm, views, ensuring the right to sanitary quality of the spaces for users on the plot, limiting visual nuisances at night, choosing a site that causes no nuisance to local residents.

1.3.5. Limit Visual Nuisances at Night
The tinted state of SageGlass (≤ 6% light transmission), significantly reduces light transmission to the outside. Thus, limiting diffuse illumination to the sky and nocturnal visual nuisances for the residents.
